CyberLearning is a project of the non-profit 501(c)(3) National Education Foundation, founded in 1989 to provide effective and affordable training for everyone, especially the disadvantaged, in information technology, management and test-prep skills.

Since 1994, we have trained thousands of students. Our original goal was to train one million disadvantaged students and adults by 2010. We expect to reach our goal earlier (by 2007).

Cyberlearning Mission

  • To make high-quality online education and training affordable for everyone, especially the disadvantaged students and adults
  • To help bridge the digital and academic divides by training a million disadvantaged students and adults in IT, math and business skills.
  • To provide high-quality low-fee college education, credits and degrees to everyone, especially the disadvantaged
  • To provide high-quality low-cost customized online training to organizations, especially those serving the disadvantaged

Partners and Sponsoring Organizations

Our sponsors know that we provide matching grants to all our eligible partners. The partner can use those donated flexible funds to bridge the Digital Divide, specifically, to hire and train teachers/mentors and to acquire hardware, software, Internet access and course materials. Disadvantaged schools, colleges and universities are eligible for CyberLearning partnership, as are many nonprofits, foundations, government and corporate community service programs serving the disadvantaged. Organizations, which do not quite make the partner eligibility requirements, may be eligible for partial matching grants. Please call (703)823-9999 or email us.

Clients

Corporations and other organizations in need of training often turn to CyberLearning to provide their on-site and online learning. Our clients choose CyberLearning not only because we provide the highest quality education at the lowest fee, but also because corporate tuition fees help support CyberLearning's mission. Please call (703)823-9999 or email us.

CyberLearning is a great way to help your organization, while you help your community.
